Residential Programs

The AEP Texas Residential Programs is for residential customers of the AEP Texas distribution company. The primary objective of these programs is to achieve a cost-effective reduction of energy consumption by the installation of energy efficiency measures or services such as insulation, LED light bulbs, and home weatherization. Most measures may be covered at low or no cost by incentives paid directly to the service provider. Annual funding is limited, so once current year program funds are exhausted, you may have to wait for the following program year to participate.
